Jesus says in John 15:1 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
Jesus is talking about abiding, a close fellowship with the Father. He is talking about how we, as believers, are like branches on a vine. He is the true vine, we obtain our spiritual nourishment from Him. This describes an organic, living and real relationship between Jesus and us, or between us and the Father. We are simply in fellowship with Him.
The first condition, there, is, “If you abide in Me… “ Without getting into the context, there, one way to abide is to stay in the Lord, to rest in the Lord, or to remain in the Lord. I would even say it means to do the things God wants you to do, to obey the Lord. He says, “If you abide in Me”. Then He says, “And if My words abide in you”. This passage in the book of John says, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you”, you can ask whatever you will and I will do it. What words is He talking about when Jesus says, “And My words abide in you”? I believe He is specifically talking about the word He is speaking. I believe it also has to include the words of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
Martin Luther (16th century monk) said “Pray, and let God worry“. Which means don’t worry, give the concern to God. He can handle it. Paul in Philippians 4:6 said: “Don’t worry; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Martin was writing to his wife during a time of trouble and confusion. That was the Martin Luther who did much to bring people back to the Bible and back to Jesus Christ.
A new Christian song encouraging us to pray and let God worry about our life. The phrase was inspired by Martin Luther who in the 1600’s wrote to his wife in a letter “…Pray, let God worry…”

Anxiety never seems to go away. Anxiety and worry seem to be part of life.
Here is a video in which I shared on this subject.
So we need to pray and turn towards the Lord by praying, reading the Bible, singing or listening to inspiring Bible music.

Sometimes we need to back off and focus on God. In the world there are problems but have faith in Jesus.
Pray and Let God Worry
Don’t lose sight of Jesus.

In the gospels, Peter needed to keep his eyes on Jesus not the raging stormy waters.
Peter sank when he looked at the water. He needed to get his vision and perspective back on Jesus.
In Matthew 6:33 Jesus said: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”
Pray, and let God worry – Martin Luther
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Hebrew 13: 5-6 be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Psalm 103:1-5, A Psalm of David
Isaiah 30:15 For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel;
In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
So Isaiah is saying you need to slow down and trust God, but some of us have a hard time doing this. Just trust in Jesus.
Prayer is one of the most power things we can do. Prayer connects us with God, who is the creator of the universe.
Consider this verse in John 14 encouraging us to pray in the name of Jesus.
Whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it – John 14:13-14
Jesus said: If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you…(Matthew 17:20)

So prayer sometime requires just a little faith to speak to our situation.
The lyrics are:
Speak to the mountain – Go
Just a little faith
Just a little faith in prayer
That’s all you need
Speak to the mountain – Be removed
Just a little faith
Just a little faith in prayer
That’s all you need
Jesus teaches us to pray in faith
Just a little faith
Just a little faith in prayer
That’s all you need
Speak to the mountain
Don’t give up
Don’t give in
Jesus teaches us to pray in faith
Just a little faith
Just a little faith in prayer
That’s all you need
(repeat)
Speak to the mountain – Go
Just a little faith
Just a little faith in prayer
That’s all you need
Speak to the mountain – Be removed
Just a little faith
Just a little faith in prayer
That’s all you need

A beautiful song about “The Bible, the Word of God is Living”. This Hymn is based on Hebrews 4:12.
Sometimes we fail to realize how living and powerful the words of the Bible are. Hebrews 4:12 is “For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart”.
The Lyrics are:
Title: The Bible, the Word of God is living
The Bible, the Word of God is living
The Word is living, God’s Word is powerful
The Word is sharper, sharper
God knows everything, you cannot hide
The Bible, the Word of God is living
The Word is living, God’s Word is powerful
The Word divides soul and spirit
soul and spirit, what is me and what is God
(bridge)
The Bible, the Word of God is living
The Word is living, God’s Word is powerful
Every Word of God is living and powerful
God knows everything
The Word is living
The Word is living

Sometimes we don’t know how or what to pray. Be encouraged, the Holy Spirit knows what to pray, so let Him pray through you.
This new Bible song is for people going through trials where they don’t know how to pray, and sometimes not sure if God hears or answers.
But the Bible tells us His Spirit intercedes according to God’s will. Sometimes we don’t know how or what to pray. Be encouraged, the Holy Spirit knows what to pray, so let Him pray through you.
A great way to say or write a prayer is to just take words from the Bible.
The song is based on Romans 8:26-27 where Paul says: And in like manner the Spirit also helpeth our infirmity:for we know not how to pray as we ought; but the Spirit himself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered; and he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Abba Father I Don’t Know How to Pray
I don’t know how to Pray
But Your Spirit intercedes for me
Let Your Spirit pray through me
Let Your Spirit pray through me
Abba Father I don’t know how to Pray
Let Your Spirit pray through me
Abba Father I don’t know how to Pray
I don’t know how to Pray
But Your Spirit intercedes for me
You pray according to God’s will
Let Your Spirit pray through me
Abba Father I don’t know how to Pray
Let Your Spirit pray through me
But Your Spirit intercedes through me
Let Your Spirit pray through me
Let Your Spirit Pray through Me
This new song also has a basis in Romans 8:15-16 For ye received not the spirit of bondage again unto fear; but ye received the spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit himself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are children of God

Encouragement to keep praying even when we don’t see an answer yet.
Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Kauai, one of the islands of Hawaii. Even when we don’t see God answering when and how we want, be patient, just keep praying, God will answer. God will answer in His time and His way.
The Lyrics are:
Pray Pray God Will Answer
God does hear prayer
God does answer prayer
Never despair and its God’s time
Ask in faith and believe He will
God’s time and not our time
God’s way and not our way
Pray to God in Jesus Name
Pray to God in Jesus Name

Both a passion week and prayer song called: In The Garden Jesus Prayed.
After being in the upper room with His disciples, Jesus went to a place to pray just before His death and resurrection. It might have been a garden outside Jerusalem Israel where Jesus prayed.
The lyrics written by Drew Haninger are:
In the garden Jesus prayed
In the garden Jesus prayed
Not my will, but thine be done
Not my will, but thine be done
God’s will, not my will
God’s plan, not my plan
In the garden Jesus prayed
In the garden Jesus prayed
Beautiful garden a garden for prayer
Not my will, but thine be done
God’s will, not my will
God’s will, not my will
In the garden Jesus prayed
Jesus died on the cross
Jesus rose from the dead
Jesus gives eternal life
Beautiful garden a garden for prayer
In the garden Jesus prayed
In the garden Jesus prayed
In the garden Jesus prayed
In the garden Jesus prayed
