Encouragement can help us go a little faster in our walk with the Lord. So let these verses be an encouragement to you.
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Philippians 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day
What an encouragement, God will finish what He started in us.
Based on Philippians 1:6 this new song is a great encouragement to us passing through some rough times looking at ourselves and wondering what is going on. Philippians 1:6 is: Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ,
The lyrics written by Drew Haninger are:
My God will complete in me
My God will complete in me
What He has begun will finish
My God will complete in me
Encouragement, Encouragement
My God will complete in me, in me
Encouragement, Encouragement
My God will complete in me, in me
My God will complete in me
My God will complete in me
What He has begun will finish
My God will complete in me
Finish in me, oh Finish in me
My God will complete in me, in me
Encouragement, Encouragement
My God will complete in me, in me
God hath begun, God hath begun
God hath begun a good work in me
Confident, so confident
My God will complete in me
God is working, God is working
Working in me to will and do
Working in me, working in me
His good pleasure in me

Title: A Race To Run
Encouragement to Keep Your Eyes on Jesus, A Race To Run
The lyrics are:
There is a race to run
Keep your eyes on Jesus
Let everything else go
Let go of the past
Let go of the grudge
Let go of the anger
Let Life
Let Life
The more you let go
the more you live
So live life
and Let go

This new Christmas song is encouragement for those of us called to a special ministry like Joseph and Mary who brought forth Jesus. We are all called to express Jesus in a special way.

Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
That’s a hard one, but so true. God allows things that are outright hard, disappointing and just unhappy and discouraging. But God is still God, the sun still shines above the clouds. Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If you just pray, God will make a way and bring understanding.
Our encouraging Bible verse is Corinthians 13:4, Love endures, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up.
Rose in Spokane, Washington in September
The photo is a Rose from our front yard of our home in Spokane, Washington. The flower is looking fresh because my dear wife took care of the garden. I just pushed the button on the camera.
This word “endures” means, that in spite of difficult times, we continue on. We do not give up for any reason, and we keep the relationship fresh, open and loving.
The best verse or maybe a great one that is super encouraging is: Luke 11:9-13
“So I say to you, keep asking, and it will be given to you. Keep searching, and you will find. Keep knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who searches finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. 11 What father …. 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
So we have a wonderful Heavenly Father who loves us and cares for us. We just need to ask Him for what we need. Look at the phrase “keep knocking”, this means do not give up. Don’t think that our Father in heaven has forgotten us. Keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking. And keep believing our wonderful Father.
